You need to realize that the peace prize committee was rewarding America for electing Obama. The last US president was seen in Europe as causing conflict with every policy and breath. Things like giving nuclear assistance to India and snubbing their rival Pakistan. Suspension of Habeas, keeping extra-judicial prisons. It looked to the Europeans like Bush was trying to start a world war.
Europeans are more sensitive having lived through some bad times.|||Maybe we should give you the nobel prize for asking this stupid question.
