I have nothing against the President personally. His policies may be horrible, but really?... the Nobel Peace Prize? The same prize that was given to Yasser Arafat - a terrorist? To Al Gore - an eco-terrorist?|||The nominations deadline for the Nobel Peace Prize was 12 days after barack took office. So.....basically barack was a senator that voted "present" 134 times, he didn't accomplish ANYTHING as a senator, and yet somebody thought he deserved to be nominated. Funny stuff! Since winning the election the ONLY thing he has actually done is spend 800 BILLION tax payer dollars. What a JOKE!
The reasons given for him winning are....."because of his initiatives to reduce nuclear arms, ease tensions with the Muslim world and stress diplomacy." Because he's the ONLY president that has ever WANTED to do those things! It's almost as big of a joke as barack himself is!|||Our President is being honored for promoting Peace on a global scale. Can you think of ANYONE in the last year who has done that so publicly.|||if so, then where is yours?|||It comes with a whole lot more money.|||they are giving them away like water|||No it's an award for services to Global Slavery and the Fascist New World Order.|||is that why you have so many on your shelf at home?
don't forget Martin Luther King got one for opposition to Vietnam war and crusade for human and civil rights|||Come on, he raised the number of troops in Afghanistan by forty percent. Thats how he won, he is promoting peace at the end of a gun barrel. HAhaha
